Love this product; I need to avoid 'flours' so I use two scoops of NanoPro with coconut-almond 10 oz for first part of my breakfast and nanogreens/nanoreds/nanomega with same milk/qty or water as the second part of my breakfast; then a Ezekial brand cinnamon raisin muffin and I am set for hours [that way I get my vitamins and fiber and protein], then I use the NanoMinerals and I'm ready for anything at 65 I have lots of energy, including taking care of my 3 yo granddaughter.
