Baratza Encore ESP Coffee and Espresso Grinder

I know this is a rather entry level grinder for espresso but the amount of calibration it requires from the get-go is a bit of a hassle.

Love it. Just get it.

I bought this machine as I wanted to be able to grind for both espresso (Lelit Victoria) and brewed (Moccamaster). I didn't feel the need for the absolute perfect espresso -- I make mostly milk drinks and Americanos, I've dialed in a fine quality espresso at the 9 setting. The machine is solid and not too noisy, and there is minimal mess or retention. Again, I'm not searching for perfection. I'm pulling very flavorful espressos that I think will satisfy all but the most demanding coffee palate. I do you fresh (2 weeks of less) locally roasted beans, which makes the biggest difference.
