A modern grinder that pairs well with Gaggia machines

This grinder seems to be doing the trick thus far. You really need to dial in the time and grind size for different beans, especially to get that ideal 25-30s 2:1 ratio in your machine

Learning curve but so far so good. . . .

The first grinder that was shipped did not work properly. Customer service was great. I had a zoom call with a tech who walked me through taking it apart and attempting to fix. It was decided that it was a factory default issue and I was sent a new one. It's been 2 weeks and so far so good! Still trying to "dial in" correctly but I am getting there. I am a first time barista so there is a learning curve which I did not expect. Since I went through a ton of coffee trying to get the first grinder working, the tech said he would said me coffee! It's been a few weeks so still waiting :)

This is my second grinder from the same parent manufacturer and quality level, I couldn’t be happier. It’s easy to use and very good looking.
