this item was as described. It’s a great machine. It looks beautiful and the condition is excellent. The drip tray is normal sized and I do recommend getting a condensed version to allow your scale and cup fit.

This machine performs perfectly and on inspection looks like it is brand new. Shipping was amazingly fast. Kudo's to the crew at Whole Latte Love for their outstanding service! I chucked the super cheesy plastic tamper however.

Could be 5 star but I’m tough

I am enjoying this machine very much. As someone who drinks way too much espresso I am pleased with what I make with it. It does have a learning curve, but 3 or 4 cups of lousy coffee is not a bad price to pay. Also, the joy of finally getting it right can brighten you day a lot. The built quality is evident from the outset which helps to alleviate any qualms about spending 4 or 5 hundred dollars on a coffee maker. The amount of YouTube info on this machine is outstanding. Everything from how to properly do a shot or steam milk to how to hot rod the Gaggia. Lastly, I had one of these many years ago that a friend wanted me to fix for them. I was amazed at how easy it was to take apart and work on. That friend wanted their machine back and I since went through many 100+ dollar machines that could not be taken apart without breaking them. Often the problem was something small but unfixable. It is a pleasure to have a machine that can be repaired. One last thing. I hate computer controlled coffee making. I have no problem turning to brew button on and off manually. This is one of the few machines left on the market that is manual.
