ECM Synchronika II Espresso Machine

Superb Customer Service!

I’ve been a long time customer of WLL buying parts and accessories for an old Giotto. They have consistently delivered top notch customer service which is what keeps me coming back. I recently bought an ECM Synchronika II from them alone with a matching ECM grinder. First of all, I love them both since they were replacing 20 year old machines. The Synchronika is a beast. The build quality is great, it doesn’t move on the counter when I put a portafilter in. The dual boilers, PID, flow adjustment capability (I haven’t played with that yet) are great. The rapid heat function (at temp <6. 5 minutes) is great for espressos on the fly. I’m still dialing it and the grinder in but the results have been excellent. Back to my first point, I got a machine with olive wood panels on the sides. The day after I installed it (plumbed and drained in) my wife noticed one of the panels had cracked. I took a picture and sent it to WLL at 7:30 pm. The next morning, I got a reply apologizing and stating a replacement panel was being shipped. It arrived a couple of days later, I installed it, and everything is perfect. This is just one example of great customer service I’ve received from Whole Latte Love over the years and is why I keep coming back.

Beautifully made, works well, and far outstrips my meager skills! I look forward to mastering all the available options. Easy to set up and start using with consistent results. Warm up time is significantly less than claimed; a pleasant surprise. IMHO, order with flow control as all the parts are there to eliminate it if you wish. It looks great too!

Absolute powerhouse!!!

This machine is exactly what I needed and it’s a great machine very well made and easy to work with; this is my endgame espresso machine, I can’t ask for more.
