Just what I hoped for

Has been great so far. I bought with the walnut accents which look and feel great. The one after-market upgrades I've made were a single-hole steamer tip (~$10 on Amazon), since I don't think the two-whole steamer works as well, and a bottomless portafilter. In general a great machine.

Minor program glitch, but great shots.

If I hit the pump button while the unit is warming up, the PID shows odd numbers as though it's showing target temp plus differential (and iterates down to target) instead of minus differential. But that doesn't adversely affect performance. Unit is very consistent and after dialing in, pulls perfectly extracted shots every time. I'm very happy with it.

Every item arrived it perfect condition. All of the packaging was well done. The Whole Latte Love team made the entire process easy and fun. They have definitely gained my on going patronage.
