My go to favorite flour for sourdough! It has such a creamy texture and is a joy to work with.

Barrio Grains is an amazing flour. I’ve already baked six loaves and I have Don Guerra’s recipe committed to memory. To me, it’s a perfect sourdough, great flavor, crumb and crust. I like to bake one loaf ton the day and leave the other an overnight cold ferment. Big fan!
