TEST KITCHEN - SWEET CHILI HABANERO BEEF JERKY

My favorite for a spicy jerky. I think it's spicy enough. Not too spicy if you eat just one or two pieces, but by the third one, I'm doing the quick breathing thing to cool it down, and by the fourth piece, I'm reaching for something to drink. I've seen some reviews where they say it's too dry, but mine haven't been. I think ordering direct helps because it's fresh. One time I ordered a bag of jerky from Amazon and that was a disappointment. I pretty much buy from people's choice now. I know what I'm getting for the most part. Consistency is difficult when you are dealing with so many variables for a shelf stable item. Are there some variables from batch to batch? Yes. But overall, I've been very happy. Again, this is my favorite for sweetness with spice. I've purchased several bags for myself and family members- no one has complained yet, they just ask for more.

Literally the best jerky ive had in over 20 years. Im so glad I've finally found one thats perfect for me. Just put in another order for a pound instead!

Best overall flavor I ordered not really that spicy if you're worried about the habanero but it is sweet and some pieces feel like they're almost candied. The customer service is great too if you have a problem with your order!
