This is a great supplement to my everyday diet. It’s also supported my nails growing back strong again. I take it first thing in the morning with a full glass of water and don’t experience an upset stomach.

Great vitamin, I love that it is made with real food. I also love that it's an actual tablet and not a gummy, it seems like they're hard to find!
