Hatsukokoro Kurouchi Bunka 180mm

Bought this for my best man as a thank you gift and it is just beautiful. Incredibly sharp right out of the box and such a great feel in the hand. Customer service was outstanding (thank you Gage) as well. The best man may have to get a mug in stead because it’s going to be hard to give this away.

Nicely balanced with an appropriate amount of weight kbalanced forward, ideal for hours of prep. If I had three extra hands, I’d have one of these knives in each of em during prep. 🤩

Shazam! This is a pretty little knife, razor sharp, needle point and horses through veggies, sliced meat and fish effortlessly. While it may not be all shiny and dimpled… this little beauty is a match to a paring knife I bought in Vancouver last summer. Packaging for my order is by far the most thoughtful and tidy way you could imagine, hence all items in my order, arrived in absolutely perfect condition. UPS also handled this package with kid gloves, not a scratch dent or tear in the box!👍🙏🙏 I will order from Sharp Knife Shop again soon.
