Miracle Noodle Ziti

Best noodles ever!

These noodles saved me. They are considered a Free Vegetable on my new eating plan. I use them for food prep all the time. The Spaghetti and fettuccine. i I use in regular pasta dishes and the zitti and penne I use in casseroles and food prep. They are a good consistency and taste great.
