Love the thermometer. Especially the long stem. Only problem I had was getting the stem through the two holes of the clip. But then, I am 67 years old with carpal tunnel/arthritis issues!

I am sad. The Canadian Customs has been holding my order (rennet and thermometer) for 8 days now. I have given up waiting for it. I wonder if the order will ever arrive. I hope the thermometer is as wonderful as other folks have said. One day, my simple order from New England may turn up. Fingers crossed. Not a great review, but the truth.

I have enjoyed using this thermometer for my first-ever batches of chèvre. My digital thermometer broke, and I wanted to replace it with an analog. I tried a meat thermometer, but it was cluttered and confusing. This thermometer is simple, easy to read, and the readings being every two degrees helps so much. I have had lots of success, and the metal clip on the side to hold it on the pot of milk is a game changer!
