High shipping cost
I ordered rennet and poutin culture. They came in a small envelop that cost 2 stamps for shipping. I was charged $16.00 shipping cost. I think that you should charge the shipping rate as it would be, instead of making an extra $14.00 for your pocket. Understandable if it was an actual parcel. The product was good and I have no problems with the actual items.
