High Anxiety Crate

Wrong color - got black. The silver latch doesnt latch. My dog is still anxious in it but he hasn’t been able to break out yet even with the latch not working, he has gone through 3 “indestructible” crates off amazon, the black locks are seeming to work good for the time being until they send us a new door with a working latch. Bad picture but just showing its not the right color. I’m pregnant and don’t want to get up to take a picture😂 we wanted gray so the scratch marks wouldnt show but at this point we just need to contain our baby in a safe spot.

Changed our lives.

2 years ago I was experiencing severe panic attacks because i didnt know what to do about my husky who was incredibly destructive when left at home. We tried normal crates and he would eat through the base and destroy the floor/carpeting. He was so restless in other crates. This crate seriously changed our lives. He runs to the crate when we tell him and settles immediately. After 2 years we have just now started to allow him to stay out again when we are gone and he seems to have grown out of his destructive habits. However, he still chooses to sleep and relax in his crate which we have kept in our bedroom with the door open so he can come and go as he pleases. I was worried about the upfront cost but after reading so many reviews that this was their last resort, I am so so glad we decided to purchase. So if you are in the same shoes, I would highly recommend. The only issue is it can be difficult to travel with as we did not get the folding model.

I bought a crate back in 2021 and it was exactly as described on the website. Couldn’t have been happier. I got another dog and ordered the exact same crate and set up. It showed up last night and I spent 2 1/2 hours putting it together only to find out that it is not the same measurements as described on the website. Furthermore, there is no contact number for impact crates so there’s no one I can talk to immediately. And if I did want to return this, I have to disassemble the entire thing. It could take another couple hours and ship it all back and I’m sure I’ll have to pay the shipping cost. And I still won’t have a crate. This is a huge inconvenience.
