Outstanding customer support and retention!!
Gunner replaced my 1st All Weather Kit. The new iteration has beefier Velcro that is is supposed to have higher UV resistance after years of the TX sun led to the straps weakening and tearing off. Gunner had no issue replacing the kit under warranty. So while the prices may seem high, when factoring in the total value and the cost of ownership especially when they replace a part that was a few years old with no questions asked, I think the value is truly there. I expect many more years of service from the kennel and accessories that provide a safe and comfortable kennel for my Duck Getter to travel in.

I’m not smart, but a little help would be nice
There were zero instructions. I’m not sure if the fabric on the handles are supposed to go through the slots in cover or they are supposed to be on top with the screws through the slots. I put the handles through and the screws beneath. I’m not a very smart person so good chance I did it wrong
