Wonderful customer service and product

Our dog needs to be crated when we leave and when we have guests. The wire crates made his anxiety worse and were dangerous. He is more relaxed in the den like atmosphere of this crate and I am more relaxed knowing he won't escape or injure himself. I was worried about the interior frame being a place for him to chew. But we are over a month in and he hasn't damaged anything on the crate. The first crate we ordered was damaged during shipping. The company had a wonderful small business feel and its customer service was excellent when we called about the damage. We had ordered the XL and realized it was way too big when it arrived. The company changed the size for us and sent a new crate when they reshipped. So easy. So polite. Definitely USA based which makes a difference in customer service. Would highly recommend.

Not only was delivery and customer service amazing. But the product is well worth the money. Very protective of my pet and eliminates the anxiety of him breaking out of his kennel while I am away. Well worth the finance
