Second time is a charm

I purchased the XL Pupsickle for my 75 pound Golden Retriever. She loved it but after a few weeks I could no longer open it after each use. When I talked to Woof about it, they acknowledged that some units had this problem but a new design fixed it. They sent a new one at no charge and it works perfectly. My pup loves it and it gives us 20 minutes of peace while she is completely occupied with it. I make my own Greek yogurt treats and she is getting healthy treats. I am very happy with the manner in woof responded.

Huge fan

I have been a fan of the Pupsicle for years. I was having some difficulty opening and closing my old one - it gets very sticky after a while - but customer service was great and they told me that they have upgraded the product to eliminate that problem. I have bought these so many times, most recently for friends who just adopted a greyhound.
