Ear Pro for Dogs

Brilliant. Have not flown with my JRT yet but I put them on at home and it chilled him pronto. He did not paw at it, did nothing to them. Just looked at me like … :) I’ll update when I take him up for a ride.

Sizing is off

Below is the email I received from costumer service. They responded fairly quickly and were kind regarding my concern. However, my concern was not necessarily addressed. Based on measurements, the Size 4 (largest size) should have fit. It was so snug it pulled on my dogs eyes and I could only fit one finger in on his neck which was very snug to where it seemed unsafe. I emailed out of concern and in hopes it could stretch. Safety and "discretion of the owner" does not exactly align if the product is advertised for a specific size and fit. "Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us! The EarPros are meant to fit snug. If you can comfortably fit 2-3 fingers along the edge of the EarPro, it is not too tight. Ultimately the fitting of the product is the discretion of the customer, as you know your pup's comfort level best. If you have any further questions, please let me know. Have a good day!" Anyways. It was at my "discretion" I paid to ship it back for a return. I understand this does not discredit the quality of the product but we could not experience the quality of the product due to the sizing being off.

They fit her head perfect, and don’t seem to move around very much when she shakes! We’ll see how they do on our service dog outing to the movie theatre next week👌
