Ear Muffs

Very disappointed with customer service assistance. I tried to return the item due to the tight fitting on my dog and the fact that it caused her a lot of anxiety. I reached out with several emails, and they insisted on me taking a video of my dog wearing the ear muffs. When I replied to let them know I was not willing to stress my pet by putting the ear muffs on her again, I once again received a reply to send them a video. I replied by insisting I was not going to stress my pet and stated that the item was in new condition and in its original packaging and if they would just se d instructions so I could return the item and receive my refund. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN. So I AM STUCK WITH THIS ITEM THAT IS OF NO USE TO MY PET. Not a happy customer and very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Love it but could use a little improvement

I love these and they worked very well for my dog, but they're SO small, I ordered the largest set and it was still really tight on him. I had to modify them because I didn't have time to return them and it worked out very well. If I were to make to make a suggestion it would be to either use a thinner stretchier fabric for the neck portion so it isn't so tight and suffocating. I also think adding an adjustible velcro strap instead would be another good option. Just to clarify, my boy isn't very big, he's a heeler (50lbs) and I was just really surprised at how tight the fit was. Great product though its definitely very high quality, and it helped him through the fireworks and thunder perfectly.

Our 7 year old Aussie has always had a terrible time with the 4th of July and thunder. We used the Ear Pro during a very active thunderstorm and her reaction was calm. She was able to sleep through the storm which never would have happened without the ear protection. She doesn't mind wearing the ear protection.
