Fast and great customer service

I’m a breeder and have ordered several tests from Embark. I love the detail they provide on the report if there is a gene that may cause an issue with the parents puppies. I’ve emailed their customer support a couple of times and had a response within a day. I’ve received the test results about 3 weeks after mailing them.

Too many endless texts on progress. Just do the test, one text to say received, the other to say results. And stop combining useless tests with important tests for each breed. Make individual health tests available for a much lower cost that are truly relevant.

First time user

Excellent product but I really wish there was telephone-service to help people navigate. Email and chat options are great but they don't human connection by phone for customer service. I feel FAR more confident knowing that Embark partners with Cornell University for their testing. Shipping the DNA test from Canada to the USA using Zonos via Canada Post is NOT simple especially for those who are not tech-savvy, without smartphones or computers and there are many.
