Still haven’t received. Terrible customer service

I purchased from this Website specifically because the arrival date was listed as 2/26/21. It is now 3/11/21 and I have no idea whether I will ever receive my chair. Emails have gone unanswered, except for one last week that said “I’ll check on that” .... and still no word.
