Great CS. Quality did not meet expectations

Customer service was great. The delivery was delayed and didn’t arrive in time for the recipient, but Frog Hollow was kind enough to resend the box to a different address. Unfortunately, the fruit itself was disappointing and not what I expect from Frog Hollow. The majority of the box was pluots, with very little variety. Most were overly ripe, yet oddly lacking in flavor, and a few were damaged in shipped and completely inedible.

Seldom can you buy fruit so good from a local store - even organic produce. The box of mixed fruit was delicious and satisfying. A real treat!

Perfectly Ripe

Ours was shipped to Utah and still looked amazing. The peaches were perfectly ripe. Best peach I’ve ever had.
