Great technician, great job, a little delay in scheduling

The bike is AWESOME and arrived very quickly after ordering. The media shelf and mat are perfect. Our in home assembly technician was professional, polite, and I loved how he called once he got the order and texted updates so I knew exactly when to expect him (I have a Bulldog I need to put away in a room when strangers come over so I like to know when to expect people). He put the bike together quickly and helped me move it where I wanted it. My only complaint was I had to wait about 2 weeks after the bike arrived for the in-home assembly to be scheduled. It’s not a big deal though. I was just very excited to use my new bike. Overall I’d 100% recommend Recovery for Athletes, the Stages bike, and my in home assembly technician.
