"Burrfection Knife" Ryky VG10 63-Layers Damascus 240mm Gyuto

Excellent knife I bought two off the Burrfection website. I bought one for my bro in law for his birthday and he loves it; also he and I have been watching your videos for a while I think I introduced your channel to him he had bought a Kyoku Samurai Series Yanagiba off of amazon so I showed him your sharpening videos. I bought another Gyuto for myself later on after learning more about VG10 and it’s closeness to white#2 or blue#2. I used the wrong email for shop pay the first time so I created another Burrfection account making sure to use my correct email for shop pay this time. I plan on purchasing more items from the Burrfection store in the future and maybe a spare Ryky knife. I’m very happy with this knife and not only it’s functionality but the beauty of it.

Very comfortable in my hand, absolutely laser sharp.

Perfect weight for me.
