Great knife to upgrade from basic butcher block.
This is a great knife that does not need a lot of maintenance to keep sharp. I love giving these as gifts to new folks looking to get into quality knives. This thing will cut all day.

I love it
I love my new knife. Im using it like a bread knife to cut some tomatoes as its serraded. Very sharp and nice feel on the handle. I really like it.
