Flat Griddle

My new Smithy griddle is wonderful. I cooked with it like an old friend. It is a beautiful addition to my kitchen. I have cooked with other types of ast iron since I was a teenager and this has been the best cooking experience.

Wonderful addition to the kitchen

We have used this many more times than we excepted since purchase. Yes pre-season was perfect and we have been very good with keeping it well seasoned- very easy to do while cooking. Highly recommend.

They call it a griddle. In a Mexican household it’s called a comal. My abuelitas made fresh tortillas, quesadillas, and sopes. I’m so glad to finally have a comal of our own.
