Great service

I have been buying Fiddlerman strings for a number of years and was quite disappointed when the A string suddenly snapped for no reason shortly after putting them on. I sent the string back to the Fddlerman folks and they replaced it immediately with two more A strings, no charge. That's what I call great service!
