Outstanding product and customer service!

I originally purchased a full string set, but while I was changing out my E string, it broke. I emailed the company and let them know and they immediately sent me a replacement free of charge. Not only did they send me a replacement, but they sent a back-up E string as well - just in case. I really appreciate your prompt response to my issue and I really enjoy the sound the strings produce. Very grateful to have found you!
