i was looking for something with a bit more twang in it for my fiddle for the irish music I like to play. These seem to give me that bit more of a hard raw tone vs a synthic string like dominates. I especially like the strong G string as I’m a bit heavy handed. Most people would go with the Preludes, but for me these are a bit better for the sound
