I contacted Hollywood rack about pieces that were failing on my trunk rack that I received as a present and used frequently. Hollywood racks contacted me immediately and sent replacement parts that solved the problems with the rack and it is now back and service. I appreciate the excellent communication service and treatment by Hollywood customer service.
