Replaced sun bleached keypad

My keypad had washed out from sun exposure and was almost completely white. I called about a replacement, and after verifying my lock was still in warranty, they sent me a replacement straight away. Customer service was excellent and a pleasure to work with. After reviewing the video of how to replace it, it took but a few minutes and my lock looks brand new. Thank you RVlock.

I hope I'm allowed to say that I bought this for my Carmtek lock. The original pad was a thin sheet of plastic that had weathered and cracked. This Duro Keypad from RV Lock was a perfect fit, and will hold up much better in the elements. Installation was a breeze with a video found online.
