Received charged and immediately put into service. It works as intended! Upon inspection, charger seems well constructed and I look forward to its continuous use!

replacement charger

My original charger would never turn green when fully charged so i was sent a free replacement. the new charger functions fine and turns green when fully charged. I'm not sure why but I'm getting more miles on a full charge now as well

Have had my lectric xp 3.0 for a a while now and I can safely say that staff are attentive, helpful, and provide a comforting environment for customers. They were helpful while I had warranty and helped me when my bike was hit with a car and they were helpful after warranty when I needed replacement parts. 10/10 company and 10/10 bike
