the lights work wonderful, besides looking really cool .
but the best part was that customer service was really on point and fast for me with one of the lights that had a malfunction, they solved the problem in no time and new one works like a charm , its definately a reliable brand who cares about making a good product

Dear Customer Service Team,
Unfortunately, I cannot say that I am entirely satisfied with the product.
The brake light function does not appear to work at all, and the remote control does not reliably operate the light’s on/off function.
More generally, I find the product considerably overpriced for the quality it offers. Given its price and positioning, I had expected a substantially higher standard of materials, construction, and overall finish — something more befitting a premium product.
Regrettably, the product has fallen short of those expectations, both in functionality and in perceived quality.
I would appreciate your comments on these issues and your proposed solution.
Kind regards,
Szilveszter

Way too expensive for what you get. I should have listened to the other 1 and 2 star reviews. I guess I thought my experience would be better? (At least I waited for a sale to make the plunge. Still not worth it if you ask me. There are many more lights on the market that are just as bright or brighter for far less.)
My biggest gripes are that they lose connection with the remote randomly, even when they're fully charged (though slightly less frequently). And the magnets are not as strong as claimed. If you roll a curb, they bounce off. If you hit a pot hole bang on, they bounce off. I haven't had one break yet, but I'm constantly having to turn around and go back to pick one or the other of my lights up.
I'm in the PNW. I have yet to see how they hold up to the constant rains.
