New customer at Unit1 and I must say I’m significantly impressed by this company. From placing the order to receiving the item, a totally flawless and fast, hassle-free process. I bought a Faro helmet and the remote taking advantage of the £100 limited time sale and I can’t stress enough how superb the quality of those products is; beautifully designed, premium materials, extremely effective and user friendly including the app. I’m a fan now, so much so that I’m seriously considering investing in the light set and backpack to be even more immersed in the Unit1 ecosystem. Only thing I’d say is check sizing carefully, I followed the guide on the website but couldn’t quite get the oval vs round shape head and the helper is ever so slightly loose. Nothing major and I mostly wear a cycling cap underneath, but worth considering.

It’s great, exactly what I needed to feel safer in the traffic. What could be improved is faster reaction to breaking, it’s delayed and it would be great if I could actually see myself on the buttons when the break light go on, it guessing now.

Super handy bit of kit, works with the helmet and you don’t need to take your hands off the handle bars, nice 👊🏻
