I am able to use this everyday on my own. I wake up before anyone else in my house. With the mini, I am able to reach all my muscle groups (besides the middle back), on my own. I think the massage is effective, but I know it feels great on sore muscles. Also, it is very effective for my TMJ.

Really works to relax muscles and relieve pain - it is amazing!

This Theragun Mini is a lifesaver. We first bought it for my son's recovery from shoulder reconstructive surgery. It melted the tight back muscles around the operative site, relieving knots and the pain they were creating. I borrowed it for my own muscle pain (back, quads, calves, shoulders) and was amazed at how well I felt after each session. Muscles relaxed, pain if not completely gone, relieved considerably. And so I bought my own. the Theragun even relieves nocturnal cramps. One day I hope to have the next level up as my only negative observation about the mini is that arthritic 60 year old hands get tired holding it (not so for my son!)
