Italian love. . . where have you been all my life. I love this coffee/espresso maker. It is easy to use. It lets you know when it needs something. I am an all-day coffee drinker, so it is always needy. I wish the water tank was bigger. It uses water to rinse every time in turns on or off. The tank is also hard to pull out at times. There are certain cleaning cycles that will not let you return to home, if you do not want to use it at that moment. I can live with these. Love, that it has all kinds of drink choices and four people can program their own choices. Overall, I cannot go back to a regular coffee maker. I absolutely love it.

Very well packaged for delivery, no issues ! Easy assembly. Your online videos make it easier than the written instructions. Extremely easy to make the milk coffees ! Love it❗️

This our first Advanced Coffee machine and I think it is perfect! I have been doing custom pour overs for years, but love this machine for Espresso and quick cups of black coffee!
