I mix this into my morning smoothie and have noticed a smoother, plumper complexion after just a few weeks. I've also felt a difference in my joints. I prefer the unflavored option as it gives me more flexibility in how I enjoy it.

Soothing drink

I drink this first thing in the morning every day and I love it. I do think it’s helped my hair and skin. And I love that it feels soothing in my tummy. On morning when I want to wake up quickly I add Delallo espresso powder and it goes well.
