Cajun Spice Rub

I am a huge fan of this Cajun spice mix. We used this on 4 cowboy steaks and let them sit for 24 hours prior to smoking the steaks. This is not as salty in comparison to other Cajun spice rubs. It is most excellent on shrimp as well. This is a must try for anyone who likes the flavor of Cajun spice.
