Prime Whole Brisket (Competition)

Poor cut, thin flat. Marbling was good, but couldn’t use it for competition. Also, when it arrived it was thawed out. When I opened it to trim it the brisket had a sour smell so it went into the trash. $185 out the door. Won’t do it again. Better brisket at our local Sam’s Club.
