Excellent cut of meat
Brisket was delicious! Smoked it on our Yoder grill for Christmas and it turned out perfect! This was our second brisket from Creekstone and both were delicious.

Always reliable quality product and service
Ordered both a prime competition brisket and a regular prime brisket for Thanksgiving. Quality is always excellent, and the service and reliability cannot be beaten.

Poor Quality
Brisket was frustratingly thin at the flat. For $150 I’d expect a brisket that is more even. Measured the flat and it was 3/4” thick at its thinnest. What a waist. Frustrating because I’ve bought a creekstone brisket through my butcher and the quality was great. Whoever chose and packaged this just didn’t care about customer satisfaction.
