HOODIE PARKA PATTERN

Wanted to make this for so long

It's a wonderful pattern. So classic and versatile. Directions are so clear and easy to follow. Just take your time. I dropped the midseam 2cm and lowered the front height of the hood and that made all the difference. I am normally XL but made the large and am very happy with the fit, even with a sweater on! So happy with my new jacket.

Best parka ever - and a challenge

It's easy to follow, with nice details which make all the TAL patterns standing out. Had a bit of a challenge to add a lining. Would have been easier without, but the parka is way better - for me - with a lining. Also a good way to hide pockets and the extra side pockets I added. Room for thick sweater or thin jacket underneath.

Hoodie Parka

I like the parka very much, but to construct a lining was difficult. It would be much easier with a pattern extension.
