The pairing of truffle with manchego works really well. I will definitely be getting this one again.

A rich texture infused perfectly with truffles. Pairs wonderfully with apple as a dessert alternative. Wonderful on pizza with Parma prosciutto. And magnificent shaved on aglio e olio penne with broccoli.
