An amazing cheese!

One of the best cheeses I have tried in a while. Incredibly smooth and velvety! Well balanced! Hints of fresh cream, as if the cheese was made with a large amount of crème fraîche. Highly recommended, and will certainly buy more.

This is the best French triple cream cheese I have tasted. Best at room temperature, almost runny on white sourdough toasted bread, mmmmmm!
