Scallops Supreme
Well, I was born in Digby so I'm a good maritime judge of seafood. I like that they were frozen fresh. I prepared them traditionally, and used Larry's recipe guide. Delicious and tender.
Shared with my sister, who baked breaded Haddock in her air fryer.

I love scallops however I'm new to the process of cooking them and it;s taken me a few trial and errors to get them right. "Right" is absolutely delicious and Larry's are the most succulent scallops I have ever tasted. Even frozen and then thawed they are so fresh, it's almost like eating them right out of the ocean.

Fresh, succulent, great quality
As with everything we have received from Larry's Catch, the scallops were fresh, succulent and flavourful. I will never be able to go back to the packaged scallops sitting in the grocery store freezers again. Larry's Catch has spoiled me for great quality and fresh taste.
