Rockfish (Ocean Perch)

This was part of our first order. We had not heard of this fish before so didn’t know what to expect. Easy to cook with Larry’s recipe. My said it just tastes “fish”. I enjoyed it. Dense flesh with a slightly different taste than I thought we might get. Both of us would eat it again, but my wife wouldn’t reorder it. We are enjoying our first box .. like a Christmas present because you’re not sure ….

Rock Fish Rocks!

First time ordering Rock Fish and it was delicious. I followed the recipe provided lightly frying coated in panko and it was excellent.

I’ve never had rockfish - now I want it all the time!

I wanted to try something new. Rockfish is now a favourite. It is meaty and can be seasoned or just left alone. It’s stellar with sautéed Swiss chard. It satisfies the palate. It was fresh and easy to cook. You should try it too!
