Halibut is a very special tasting fish. I am very much enjoying your flash frozen offerings. They are almost as good as fresh of the boat by the ferry dock, BigHbr.

Halibut and Haddock
I have had a few orders of Halibut now. This time only I found it a little bit dry. Might have been my cooking method but I have cooked a lot of fish for a very long time.
The breaded haddock is awesome as always. I had three orders this time and two were gone in 1 week. The quantity is generous and the quality as good as any east cost restaurant.
I also ordered the black cod but haven’t tried it yet.

Excellent!
We got our order the next day. The quality of the fish is superb. We ate the sockeye salmon tonight and it was absolutely delicious.
