Excellent balance and a good, rich body. I use a 20g in / 40ml out ratio with a Weber EG-1 grinder (SSP Ultra-Low Fines burrs) on an E61 group head. I highly recommend pulling a shorter shot, otherwise unpleasant flavors tend to creep in toward the end of the extraction.**
