I like this multi vitamin alot. I spent alot of time looking through various multi vitamins before choosing this one, capsules are a good size not overly big, go down easy. I would say within 60-90 minutes of taking I start to feel just sharper and performing at a more focused level with less fog. I also like the percentages of the various vitamins in it, alot of multivitamins give exaggerative rates of certain minerals and vitamins and more is not always better, these have a great synergy. Also got a great deal with Shops exclusive offers. Would recommend. -Will
