60+mm casings
I just used 2 of the 3 hanks and all were probably 50-55mm. The quality of the casings was great but the size was not as accurate.

Beef Middles
The product seemed to be excellent...except for one thing.
They were the wrong size for the particular sausage I wanted to make....which is a hard, dry Italian salami.
The sausages came out too fat...they need to be slimmer.
Is there a beef middle you carry that is smaller in diameter?
