I have to say I have not been disappointed with PS seasonings yet, I have done Hot sticks, venison jalapeño cheddar summer sausage, beer brats sheboygan brats , philly cheese steak brats , and peppercorn garlic beef jerky and every one of them were awesome and very easy to make...thanks PS seasonings for making my experience a success. I'll be ordering plenty more from you.

No 931 Is the Bomb

I made a 25 lb. batch and I used Gunnis Extra Stout beer as the liquid. Tried them out and friends came back asking for more. I will be purchasing No 931 again.

No. 931 Beer Bratwurst

Seasoning was fairly priced, but shipping was expensive and slow. When I got the seasoning it was packaged good and well labeled. I made 12 pound of brats , but unable to taste them due to COVID taking my sense of smell and taste. Maybe I'll give another review when my senses come back.
