Jalapeño summer sausage

This seasoning it very good. I normally do 5 lb batches at a time. I add enough seasoning for six pounds tho. I also use a pound of cheese for every five pounds meat and I add few more jalapeños. I’ve done it with and without adding any pork to my venison. Seems great either way. All venison has never turned out to dry.
